Go to Setting → Formatting...scroll down and find "Post Template" form. Fill the blank with this code:
<img src="PUT YOUR IMAGES LINK"/><div class="postdescribe">YOUR DESCRIBE</div>So..next time you make new post, that code will appear on you text editor. Now, you can replace that "PUT YOUR IMAGES LINK" with your own link & "YOUR DESCRIBE" with your own paragraph.
Your images must be of 585x382 pixel. Outside of that size can make your post look not proportional

Go to Layout → Edit HTML and find this similar code:
